Gracias a la vida

E-tivity 8

Well, when I surf the net in quest of information I usually perform a gross research. I do check who is responsible for the information published and (if I can) I go and check if they are reliable. Obviously I check if what I've found is updated and consistent with the topic I'm interested in ( I usually start from Google). I don't really pay much attention to the style. Indeed, since most of the things on the net are copyrighted, it's obvious that I have to turn concepts and sentences into something new: I call it: reinterpreting. I never ask myself too many questions about what I want. I never know what I want; I just know that there's already an idea floating out there; I just have to grasp it. Let's say that when I've got an ideal sketch about the paper I want to produce, I just look for something related to it. Afterwards, I keep on mixing things until they find their shape. The sources I use the most are: google; YouTube; Wikipedia and, lately, delicious. When I find something useful I download the whole webpage, providing I'm allowed to. In doing so, I've got the original document I took my information from.

E-tivity 7: You tube experience

Well, I've been using Youtube for two years so far. It's really useful because you can find lots of tutorials on it. For example I like videoediting and if I don't know how to do something with a software I go to YT and look for "tutorials". Moreover, you can express yourself without caring about business problems. Basically if you want to broadcast yourself while singing you can do it. Unfortunately, as always, some people broadcast things that shouldn't be seen; but who can judge? With YT news, arts, shows can go freely! The problem is how freely they can go. Nobody can tell. Freedom is something difficult to deal with.

A good reason to celebrate Halloween

A good reason to celebrate Halloween is that if you have two little nieces who like dressing up (as I have), you can't keep them from doing that. If only they hear about a celebration which implies dressing up, it's done: it is to be celebrated. Personally, I don't care much about fixed celebrations, I only celebrate the 25th of April, the second of June, and the first of May ( you don't have to dress up on such days though). If people want to party (properly), let it be! Let it be! Let it be! Let it be! Speaking words of wisdom let it be!

Bloglines

I've just got through my task on bloglines. At the beginning it was a bit hard, but I was eventually able to do everything. It's rather useful, I like when things can be properly organized. I have to get used to it; I have never been rational while using/surfing the net.
Over.
